About Pipesoda
Pipesoda is a social campaign automation application that allows digital marketers to streamline their campaigns through automation based on pre-defined rules. The idea behind the product was to create a convenient application that would facilitate automating complex campaign processes for the digital marketers.
Challenges
The initial challenge was integrating the facebook marketing API because facebook keeps changing the API versions and there were cases of pre-approving the app in facebook business manager. As for the client, he was a certified digital marketeer but even he did not know all the user stories and how to put it together.
Nahid and the team's work goes much deeper than purely executional. They have an acute understanding of the 'why' behind what they are building which they acquired through thorough questioning at the project start. This had a positive impact on the overall pace and progression of the project, reducing the number of overall sprints required to complete the work.
Outcome
The first version of the product was built and launched successfully within 8 weeks of the development and then we continued further development. We also improved the the user experience in the product, as there were more feature request from the client.
